After catching Aroldis Chapman, Devin Mesoraco called him over to discuss arm angles.
“Here is horse—-,” Mesoraco said with his arm at a sidearm angle.
“Here is bueno.” Mesoraco said with his arm overhead.
After Brandon Phillips made a nonchalant one-handed grab of a popup, Scott Rolen said, “Don’t allow children to watch that.” Fay confirms that Rolen was joking, but Phillips caught the next ball with two hands.
Rolen plays the game right ,too bad he is older than Phillips who is very childish at times——no extension yet maybe a deal developing ?
No question that Phillips has been that way, but not for a couple of years. He might be flashy, but plays hard everyday and has matured immensely. I really hope they can get a deal done to let him finish his career in Cincinnati.
